Robyn Rhodes has launched an ecological awareness campaign just in time for Earth Day, April 22, 2008. She is donating 20% of the proceeds of the Rumi necklace to Global Green USA. Josie Maran, a supporter of Global Green, has signed on to be the face of the campaign.
The Rumi necklace is named after Josie Maran’s young daughter, as a symbol of future generations. It is a triple strand necklace featuring an Amazonite pendant, available in both Sterling and 14K Gold Filled chains. The longest chain measures 16" and the necklace has a 2" extender so you adjust the length. The Amazonite pendant is a natural stone with subtle color variations so each necklace is unique.
Not only is Josie Maran a busy entrepreneur, activist and new mom, she has also launched her self-titled eco-chic cosmetic line, Josie Maran Cosmetics.
